People who are insiders in the film and television production industry manage Digital Media, Inc. DMI's employee line-up has the distinction of both coming from prestigious universities and possessing extensive hands-on experience in TV shows, news, films, commercials and audio-visual presentations in various broadcast, production and post-production companies.
DMI’s certified sales and support personnel are composed of licensed Electronics and Communications Engineers who have received extensive training in sales & marketing and in providing technical support across DMI’s range of products and services. Such training is backed up with intimate knowledge acquired only through years of experience in their respective fields. As a Manila-based systems integrator, DMI has the advantage of offering customers unmatched support, response time and expertise.
Alejandro R. Escaño, Jr. - President of DMI. Alan studied Business of Motion Picture Production at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Asian Institute on Management (AIM). He used to be the Managing Director of Roadrunner Network, Inc. and founder of its subsidiary, Pre-Post Inc, which is credited for introducing Avid and disk-based non-linear editing in the Philippines in 1993 and it was then the Philippines’ largest post-production company and one of the largest in Asia. Since then, he has proven to be a prominent strategist in the news and post production industry for the country’s top broadcasters, leading the way to value solutions that normally exceeds client’s expectations. He has had more than 18 years of both hands-on and theoretical formulation of workflows and system integration, always bearing the client’s needs and requirements in mind. For this reason, DMI is one of the most credible companies in Broadcast Systems Integration in the Philippines.
Benjamin A. Samson - DMI’s Operations Manager. Benjie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the Ateneo de Manila University. He was Operations Manager for Pre-Post, Inc., a subsidiary of RoadRunner Network, Inc. A seasoned Senior Editor, having done hundreds of TV Commercials, numerous music videos, and Film projects (both local and international) in all 5 years of his stay at RoadRunner Network, Inc. He is an Avid Certified Instructor, and is authorized to issue course completion certificates for Avid Editing Systems. Samson is also a learned instructor for Newsroom Automation System (NAS) applications such as Interplay, iNews, Unity, Playout Systems, Graphics, and NewsCutters. He has also done System designs and implementations of end-to-end Newsroom and Post Productions Systems for the top broadcasters in the Philippines. His most recent work includes upgrading ABS-CBN‘s Newsroom system, expanding ABS-CBN’s post production workgroups, and implementing TV5’s upgrade from analog to an all-digital newsroom system.
Alfred Joseph Perry M. Gabay – DMI Technical Support Supervisor. Perry holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Technological Institute of the Philippines. He is certified by Avid (ACSR) in Avid Unity ISIS & Avid Interplay Maintenance and Troubleshooting. He currently leads a group of professional engineers that provides technical support expertise for DMI and its clients.

Angelo P. Pestaño - Technical Support Engineer. Angelo holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from St. John Technological College of the Philippines.
Marites F. Ilumin - Technical Support Engineer. Tess holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Philippine College of Science and Technology.
Mark Anthony I. Carlos - Technical Support Assistant. He is certified by Avid (ACSR) in Avid Unity ISIS & Avid Interplay Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
